Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Having issues with my laptop. I can switch it on, there is power there (the white light comes on) but the laptop is not starting up. The fan starts up briefly but then immediately cuts out. There is power from battery and also from the mains. Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be or where I could send it to be repaired? The screen was behaving strangely just before it completely cut out.
