Hi
Since the last update of Windows 10, and now Windows 11 build 22000.469, I have been unable to log on using the fingerprint scanner...I get 'Sorry something went wrong'. I have deleted and updated the biometric drivers (no joy), deleted the contents of C:\Windows\System32\WinBioDatabase (no joy), checked the service is running (no joy), sfc /scannow (no joy)..does anybody have any further suggestions or is my fingerprint scanner no longer going to be supported?
What makes it worse is that I have just got a Probook 14 for work and that works with Windows 10/11!! Didn't expect a £1250 Envy to be having such issues in just 18 months.
Many Thanks
