My hp envy had been giving battery warning signs. Purchased a new one. Went to replace it but didn't with. No power. No lights. Tech lady can see no physical damage from old battery etc. She suspects motherboard but can't be sure. Help! What wlse can o try. We also now can't locate the product key as it won'tturn on
