Bear with me, I’m not a techy person at all. A few nights ago, I updated & shut down my HP Envy. 

 

The next morning, it would not start up. A few days later, I still cannot get past the HP loading screen. I have tried a few basic troubleshooting methods at home and haven’t gotten anything out of it. (hard reset, pressing esc as soon as I attempt to boot it up, etc.)

 

I have a few photos of various error screens that I have gotten as a result. I am starting school very soon and need to get my laptop fixed asap! Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
