I bought HP Envy X360 Convertible notebook powered by Windows 10 from US two years back. From the day of purchase i noticed an issue with my laptop i.e. 100% disk usage. Initially I thought there is hardware problem with my Hard Disk so I went to HP service center an they replaced my Hard Disk with new one. I reinstalled the OS from recovery drive and thought the problem resolved but actually it was persists as it is i.e. whenever i open a app or do drive related operations (copy/pasting large files) disk started to show 100% and it remains as 100% for few minutes (not seconds). So it could not depend on any specific application i am sure.
I have tried so many things like -
disbaling skype, disabling superfetch service, uninstalling thirdparty antivirus etc. Somewhere I also read that changing IDE to AHCI could also help, I also tried that and set the controller to Standard SATA AHCI Controller (Although I did not see any option in BIOS settings to change from IDE to AHCI so i am not sure whether computer fully using AHCI controller), but any of these could not help.
I am very unhappy by the HP laptop since its costed me around 800$ having an powerful intel i7 processor with 12 GB RAM but still its not worth due to slow disk issues.
Please help me to fix this.

I have tried everything mentioned in the blog but none helped. Infact I have Fresh Started windows even that could not help.
What is happening here every app I opened utilizing disk 100%, its not about specific app.
Its very frustrating now, someone from HP team should me.
