The system from delivery has been deleted. I have to reinstall my system. When installing Windows, the SSD is not found. I can install Linux Mint. I cannot find the HP Cloud Recovery Tool at Microsoft. I am logged in there. I am on the correct MS website!! I found SP150676 at HP. However, my serial number is not accepted. (taken directly from the back of the laptop. My laptop is not in the list. Please help me. I only have one PC with Win10 available today.
