Envy 17 n104 na

Hello, I have a HP ENVY Notebook - 17-n104na to which the faceplate/bezel has snapped off the optical dvd drive.

Please could anyone provide me with the product/model number for the bezel similar to the one in the picture, so I can purchase a replacement.

I bought one which looked similar off eBay hoping it may fit (part number: 39X1550 pictured below which is compatible with HP Pavilion 15-ab254sa not with my laptop) Does anyone know what the part number is for my Envy 17.

After reading your post thoroughly, I did go go through the Maintenance and service guide and found the part. These are the compatible and tested parts for your HP notebook.

You could purchase the part from HP, use the HP Parts surfer to identify the part: http://partsurfer.hp.com/search.aspx
