We have a HP Envy (m6-aq103dx) that recently stopped working. The fan ran for an extended period of time and I could not get the program to shut down do I pushed and held the power button until the computer turned off expecting after an hour or two to turn it back on again, no luck. What should I do? I believe we bought this computer in February 2017.
