I have the problem that my laptop can only be turned on after numerous attempts, or sometimes not at all. In some cases, the error message CMOS Reset (502) is displayed. When the laptop does eventually start, the date and time are often incorrect. This all points to issues with the BIOS. Updating the BIOS software unfortunately does not make a difference. I have also run various tests using the UEFI diagnostic tool, but no errors were detected. My idea was to replace the CMOS battery. However, the laptop does not seem to have a separate CMOS battery. The main battery works perfectly fine after the laptop starts. What can I do?

These devices do not have an RTC or CMOS battery, it is incorporated in the main battery, if this battery is damaged or missing it may cause this error.
