Hello, my laptop shows different BSOD errors which makes it unusable. For example, KMOD_EXCEPTION, IRQL_LESS_OR_EQUAL, PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (I can be wrong with exception names) and there was other i just don't remmember them because they are different. I use the latest version of Windows 11. All drivers are up to date (as I understood HP Support Assistant is abandond and Windows update is installing updates for my device). All of this happening for 2 months, I've just waited for HP and Microsoft to fix this, but they didn't. One thing that I want to note is that HP got very confusing product sofware and driver support policy, there is differenet drivers everywhere: on the HP Support web page, the drivers which HP Support Assistant suggests and the drivers which WIndows Update is installing, so I don't understand this (at least for my model). Please if someone from HP reads this, fix that drivers download confusion. If the drivers from WIndows update are fine, so remove the option to install them from your website and HP Support Assistant or at least make them the same with the drivers from windows update. I've noticed that this all of this BSOD appear when the AC adapter plugged in, I used my laptop on battery power everything works fine.
what I've done:
- I've done clean installing Windows 11 with the ISO from Microsoft - didn't helped.
- I've done factory restore using HP Cloud Recovery, Windows 10 was installed then after updates for Windows 10 (IMHO) the same errors started again.
- I've used HP Diagnostics tool to diagnose the PC components, I've done all of them, the tool showed that everything is fine.
- I've checked RAM with the Windows tool - everything is ok.
- I've used the system check tool, and chkdsk tool several times - didn't helped.
- I've tried installing the drivers from my laptops support page as I understood the installer does nothing because my system got the newer drivers from Windows update.
