I Bought my HP Laptop: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop - 15t-es100 in July 2022 and about 6 to 7 months ago, my laptop suddenly freezes and the a blue screen appears, i googled it and i realized it's called blue screen of death, i am not able to use my laptop the way i want because this thing happens often, like 3 times in 1 week , sometimes in the middle of a meeting it just freezes and then the blue screen appears and i am unable to do anything, please Help!

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

 

I understand you're experiencing an issue with your Laptop that has a BSOD error.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, I'm here to help you today.

 

Please follow the steps below to perform an extensive system test to confirm if the hardware is working fine.

 

1) Shut down the computer.

2) Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears.  

3) Press F2 once.  

4) Go to the system test > extensive test

 

If the hardware is working fine. Kindly refer to the steps on this link to perform system restore on your laptop and let me know if that resolves the issue.

 

If the issue still persists, click on this link to perform a recovery on your Laptop.  (Take a backup of the data before performing a recovery)
