I have already created a Windows 11 USB boot disk and tried reinstalling Windows due to a corrupt file from an update.  The problem is the computer will not recognize the hard drive.  I believe it needs the Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver but I am unable to find it in the drivers and software page for the laptop.  I have tried looking for it also at the intel website and could not find it also.  I have also tried updating the bios which is at F.35 but there are no updates for it too.  I am completely stuck here and any help would be most appreciative.  Thank You so much.*

(2) Let setup install/extract drivers on your <USB flash drive> or use 7-zip to extract sp140931.exe file to <USB flash drive>. You will choose directory "/F6/VMD" in step (3)

Thank you so much again for reaching out to help me with my laptop issues. I followed the steps but not sure why my laptop won't let me install the drivers. It gives me another blue screen error without a code when I selected the second driver.

I restarted my computer and tried installing the first option driver but now my screen is just off but the power is still on. I'm not sure if I have a faulty hard drive or something it's very strange and is there any other option to turn off the intel optane so I can have a regular ssd hard drive and reinstall windows 11. Thanks so much for your help again and I'll keep trying. I never had so much trouble reinstalling windows and this is a first.

I was able to try different Intel rapid start technology driver and got through with the 18.0.1.1138 rev a.  Now my primary partition won't let me install because the "windows cannot be installed to this hard disk space. Bitlocker drive encryption is enabled on this selected partition. Suspend bitlocker in the control panel and then restart installation"

What a nightmare this has been and is there any way to just format the hard drive and keep one single primary partition and install windows 11 back without all this nonsense?  Any help is appreciated and thanks for the assistance.

You have been most helpful and thanks so much. I was able to find my bitlocker info and input it but no clue how to proceed with the reinstall. Not sure if I can delete or format the partitions. Thanks again for the help.
