Elite X2 G4 i7 model
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Today, May 28, 2020, I check Windows Update, and there is an announcement on Windows Update page that May 2020 update for Windows 10 is rolling out. But you4 device (Elite X2 G4) is not quite ready. And it. Ask me to wait. If everything is ready (don’t know when?) the update will be available.

would like to ask when HP will ready everything for this May 2020 update? One of my friend have Elite X2 G4 and he update May 2020 update using Windows Update Assistant. The result, his machine become very unstable, hang, unable to shut down or restart. Many apps won’t work

please advise when will HP ready for 5jis May 2020 update?

Thank for support

No one knows the answer, especially not at HP.

MS has put in place Upgrade blocks (which you should NOT attempt to bypass) because they have over ten open issues with this Update that they have only now admitted to and are working on solutions.

Until they release Windows Updates for each and every one of those issues, the MS-imposed update blocks will not be removed.

This is MS's call, not HP's.
