I can't run the F11 system recovery on one of our company laptops, and I need to get Windows 10 re-installed, but the standard installer states it is missing some required media drivers.

I would like to download the recovery environment and write it to a USB drive so that I can use it to re-install Windows 10 on this laptop, but the link I see posted elsewhere on these forums quickly redirects to a page stating the support site is down, even though other pages on the support site are currently functioning.
As a result, I have no way to download the HP recovery environment in order to get this laptop back up and running again.

Is there any way I can get the recovery environment, or if not, get the required media drivers to manually load when using a standard Windows 10 ISO?

Attempting to run the F11 system recovery on the laptop results in an error screen stating that a required device is missing or inaccessible with error code 0xc000000e.

Your notebook is supported by the HP cloud recovery client software which you can use on another Windows PC that will create a bootable USB recovery drive.

If you want the drivers to be automatically installed, pay particular attention to the section regarding this subject at the link below:

You can download the software from your notebook's support page at the link below:

I have an update on this issue:
I was able to use a Windows Recovery Environment to restore the MBR on the OS partition, but the recovery partition still doesn't boot.
For now I have used the Windows "Reset this PC" option to reset the OS back to the OOBE setup, however I would much prefer to wipe and re-install the OS, considering there seem to be data corruptions afoot (hence the unbootable recovery partition).

May possibly need to order another M.2 drive and start fresh.
I just tried downloading the cloud recovery client on another HP PC, and after the initial installer unpacks the files to a SWSETUP folder on the C drive, it attempts to run a secondary installer that terminates without doing anything.

I also tried running this secondary installer manually without any luck.

Is there no way to download the actual USB recovery key software so that I can use it to boot from and re-install the OEM OS as HP intends?

That recovery software I gave you is the only software HP has available.

Okay, thank you for the assistance.
I'll just have to order another M.2 drive and clone the existing one over to it and let the client know that its out of support and the recovery partition won't function.
It's a shame we can't fix things like we used to be able to anymore.
Everything's gone to being a "use it until it breaks and then throw it away" deal nowadays.
