Com 3 GNSS Virtual Com Port driver is missing off my pc

The driver cannot be found in order to install it - please help me find it in order to install it.

HP Inc is the driver provider 

driver date 6/30/2019 

driver version 1.0.2.1

I have a colleague with the same computer and windows 10 image and their computer has this device installed.

I have tried to find a driver without success.
