Product: HP EliteBook 865 16 inch G9 Notebook PC (473R9AV)

Hi, I received this new laptop one month ago.

Any apps open very slow (e.g. Teams). When trying to access web pages (e.g. google) it may take 2-3 minutes to open.  I run all the diagnostic test and updates, which seem fine and up to date now, but performance has not improved. I also switched off Wolf security protection to see if it would make a difference. All other mobile devices  using our WIFI are performing well.

Please advise.
