I'm having ongoing issues with HP hotkey functionality being broken after Windows installs certain update.

Manually creating   HotKeyServiceUWP.exe, which successfully brought the hotkeys back.

This was a fix for older Probook, which at first fixed the problem using older drivers which I attempted to upgrade to the lastest which seems to stop working once HP Development company L.P - SoftwareComponent 8.10.29.1 gets installed, this seem to be the issue.

if anyone knows a fix it would be greatly appreciated

Sadly this doesn't work,  even with a fresh install of windows

Check in Device Manager that all drivers are recognized. Use HPIA for update
