HP Recommended

Hello. I buy a laptop (HP EliteBook c360 830 G6) on online auction. It was no operation system on it. I install windows 10 and then I cant login to my windows account. Is only possibility to login on Shell account. Probably it was a company laptop and have some security on it. My question is. How I can back to fabric configuration. I dont have any connection with Shell company to contact with them
