Dear Support/Community

my laptop / OS won't start anymore. It is stuck in the boot process right at the moment when "Protected by HP Sure Star" appears. It is there for a second and then in the upper right corner of the display the message "Reset System" appears for a very short moment and it restarts. I checked the boot with USB device and without the internal M2 SSD. I can still boot from USB device and if the M2 SSD is absent the system also starts up (due to lack of OS of course only starts from external media).

To me it looks like there is something with the UEFI Boot loader. The M2 SSD is still listed in the boot options but I am not sure if there isn't an entry missing which is usually named "Windows Boot Loader" or similar. I checked the partitions of the SSD via another computer and I stil can see the System volume and it contains the UEFI specific boot stuff. I followed also some guides to repair defect UEFI boot loader (recreated the BDA file) but it doesn't allow me to boot from my SSD.

Any clue what else I could to with the system SSD to get it into a bootable state again or is it perhaps something with the laptop BIOS itself?

Thanks for the help
