HP Elitebook 8470p bios administrator password reset

Dear All,

I forgetten my HP Elitebook 8470p bios administrator password and now I want to reset my laptop bio password.

Frist thing I am belong to Palistan and HP official website is not avaialble but I got HP Global email address from internet.

I already sent email to HPsupport_global@hp.com on 18 June 2017 with my laptop UUID but still not response.

Please need help in reseting my laptop Bios password or provide any responsible email address where i will send email with UUID for getting SMC file.

I am sorry to inform you that HP office is not present in your country (Pakistan) and HP Support is not officially present there.

You can try to reach some of the service partners there (info in the link).

India is the nearest country with office and you might want to give them a call to see if they might be able to service you (no guarantee). Here is their information >> http://www8.hp.com/in/en/contact-hp/phone-assist.html

Welcome to the HP Support forum.

The procedure hasn't changed since the post above has been posted. You need to reach to HP business support directly to obtain the SMC.bin file.
