Product: Elitebook 850 G6

Hi,

We are facing an issue where we need to fully clear and recover a machine's BIOS.
Following the instructions provided by HP Support site yield no results though.
Win+B > Power 2/3 Seconds gives no beep/no recovery

Win+V > Power 2/3 Seconds gives no beep/no recovery

Next went to the USB option, found the correct BIOS file, created the bootable USB.
Did not work either on bootup, performed a small update, but not a full re-initialisation of the BIOS

Going through the BIOS itself to use a local media did just update some aspects, but again, not a full recovery as wished for.

 

Are there any other steps that we are missing?  Or is the documentation not correct for this specific model?
