Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Bought a cheap laptop the 8530p and the chap didnt mention that a password reset stick would be needed. He couldnt remember the previous owners password has it was 7 years since he bought it. What do I do now? Can you buy a password reset stick? The previous owner was a shop that went out of business 2 years ago, typical!

Help needed please
