HP Envy 15 Notebook f.36 Bios update

Hi,

I am using HP Envy 15 Notebook laptop. It has Insyde F.36 Bios. It's been quite some time I am receiving blue screen errors. I was told to update BIOS but I am unable to find the right version. Can you please help me find the right version to update the BIOS?
