Hi guys,
I clean installed Windows 11 to my PC recently. (I know Windows 11 doesn't support this model.) After I installed the OS and all the drivers that I downloaded from HP Sotfware & drivers. I couldn't seem to get Bluetooth to work. This model has a Broadcom Bluetooth. I tried update driver in Windows Device Manager, which didn't work. I also tried redownloading the driver and reinstalling it, which seemed to be installed successfully, no error or warning notification prompted up, which didn't work again. Please help.
Thanks and have a good day.

Hi:
See if there are any optional driver updates waiting to be installed.
You can find those by going to settings>windows update>advanced options>optional updates.
There should be a BCM BT driver update listed there and ready to be downloaded and installed.
If not, try the W10 BT driver from the link below...

Hi Paul,
Thank you so much.
But unfortunately both solutions you kindly provided did not work.
I tried installing all the optional updates in the Settings, which because I couldn't find any update labeled Broadcom. And then I restarted the PC, but the bluetooth controller earlier changed to Ralink somthing. Then I downloaded and installed the driver you added in the link, and restarted the PC again, but to no avail.
Thanks again.

You're very welcome.
Your notebook has the Ralink BT controller, so you can try the W10 Ralink BT driver.
There is no W11 Ralink BT driver.
This package contains the driver installation package for the Mediatek Bluetooth in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

Hi Paul,
Thank you so much for the prompt reply.
The driver of Mediatek worked. The Bluetooth is working now. But I wondered if I did something wrong when I was configuring the OS in the first place. So I went the extra mile and reinstalled Windows 11. I followed your advice from your first reply that I download the drivers from Windows Update in Settings. I did that. It also worked. I guess I have a Mediatek Bluetooth controller on this model afterall.
Well. Thanks again so much. Take care.
