Product: HP Envy 15w237cl

I am getting system fan 90b error the system has detected that a cooling fan is not operating correctly. I opened and cleaned vent and fan but fan is starting in few seconds turning off. Not sure what to do. Can fan be replaced? Or another way to fix this? Please advise.

Please try updating the BIOS https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers

 

If the issue persists please contact HP Support in your region for Service options

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
