HP Envy 360 Black screen

Hi,

I have tried the following but my screen stays black and won’t turn on. The power light is on, but I don’t hear the fans nor hard drive working, and the screen remains black.

1) disconnected the computer from any devices

2)press and hold the power bottom for 10 sec

3)Turn the computer ON while holding the Win + B key. (hold these 2 keys for more than 10 seconds, let go of the power button alone)

4) computer is fully charged 

what else should I do?

This sounds like hardware related issue with the computer as it's not powering on.
