Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This started out as random blue screens, I thought is was the latest updates that microsoft keeps forcing on us, so rolled a couple out - no help. 

Now it is very consistent, if I leave the laptop powered up and it goes to sleep, 90% of the time it will blue screen  immediately or within two minutes after waking up.   I have run HP diagnostics  and they all pass.   I have run chkdsk on both the SSD and that hard drive - no help.    I do have a generic battery in the laptop, but it has been fine for about two years and still holds a charge for about 1/2 hour.    I do use Chrome and have the latest version.  I  also have always had Mcafee on the  laptop and run scans frequently - no signs of infection.  

Please any other suggestions?
