Ran a factory reset and it said that it would take a few hours, however, it has been stuck on the restarting screen for 24 hours straight. What do I do? Is it stuck? Is that supposed to happen?

Hello @WitchyMae11
Welcome !
What is the reason for you to perform a recovery ?
The recovery process may fail for 2 reasons:
- Hardware problem with memory or hard disk drive (usually HDD)
- Software issue - corrupted or unusable recovery partition
To rule them out one by one, please test your PC for issues.
Reboot it by pressing and holding the power-on button for 5-6 seconds. It will power off completely. Eventuallty, start it again and immediately being pressing F2 repeatedly.
Test your hardware - perform quick/fast or run-in test. If these are not available, test your HDD and memory.
