HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ey0000 (54J83AV)

Left notebook plugged in for maybe a few weeks? Came to turn it on, and a few weak spiraling circles appeared on the screen, then nothing. No messages. Checked everything obvious. Read all related posts here and troubleshot. (Troubleshooted?) Power light is not on, does not come on. Battery non replaceable. Yes I tried the windows/B/power keys thing. Have owned this computer for a year. Bought new (refurbished?) from Best Buy a year ago. Before this, noticed it had not been holding a charge very long at all, maybe a few hours.

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

 

Since you have already tried the troubleshooting and the issue still persists, this could be a hardware issue. 

 

I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers who should be able to sort this out. HP provides repair or service options as well. Hence I encourage you to contact HP support.
