CPU: Snapdragon 835

 

Hello, I have this notebook and trying to install windows 10 onto this device by a HP Cloud Recovery Tool.

When i fill Product ID for HP System, it show "Product ID does not match or is invalid. Please contact HP support.

I check Product ID on  Cloud Recovery (d34z73bbtpzgej.cloudfront.net), result: Item0015

So' i cannot  install Windows 10 on this notebook. Rufus tools or anything else wouldn't boot from the USB tool. 

 

How can instal operating system on this book. Can someone help me?
