HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-eu0000 (267R8AV)

Help.  My HP Envy X360 which is only 14 months old has died.  I took it back to Curry’s where I purchased it, they checked the serial number and advised it wasn’t supported.  So I took it to a local repair person, he inspected it as said it had over heated and needed parts in the region of $900 - parts not available in the UK.

 

is this what we should expect from a laptop that cost £850? 14 months old and no economical way to repair.  These devices are still being sold in the UK, it’s a disgrace that they don’t last longer than 14 months.  Please can someone from HP get in contact to help rectify this situation as its my fathers lifeline.

If your HP Envy X360 laptop is only 14 months old and has already failed, you should contact HP Support for assistance. They may be able to provide a warranty repair or replacement, depending on the issue and your specific product and service agreements. If you have already tried to have the laptop repaired locally and have been quoted a high repair cost, it may be worth contacting HP to discuss your options for resolving the issue.
