@Laptop-Repair, Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding the HP Envy x360 15-es0009na.

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution. We hope our assistance has been helpful!

Experiencing a blue screen error after installing Windows 10 on your HP Envy x360 15-es0009na laptop can be due to a variety of issues, such as incompatible drivers, BIOS settings, or a problem with the installation itself. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

  1. Check for Driver Updates:

    • Visit the HP Support website and check for the latest drivers and firmware updates specific to your model. Install updated drivers, especially for critical components like the graphics card and chipset.
  2. Update Windows 10:

    • Ensure that all Windows updates have been installed. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates.
  3. Disable Fast Startup:

    • Fast startup can sometimes cause issues. To disable it, go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Power Options > Choose what the power buttons do. Click on Change settings that are currently unavailable and uncheck Turn on fast startup.
  4. Check for BIOS Update:

    • Check if there is a BIOS update available for your laptop on the HP Support website. Updating the BIOS can sometimes resolve compatibility issues.
  5. Run a System Diagnostic Test:

    • Restart your computer and press Esc repeatedly until the Startup Menu opens. Press F2 to select System Diagnostics. Run the extensive system test to check for hardware issues.
  6. Boot in Safe Mode:

    • Restart your laptop and enter safe mode to troubleshoot further. You can do this by holding the Shift key while selecting Restart from the Start menu. From the options, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart, and then choose Enable Safe Mode.
  7. Rollback Recent Changes:

    • If the issue started after a specific update or installation, consider rolling back recent changes. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Recovery to use the previous version of Windows or uninstall recent updates.
  8. Check for Hardware Issues:

    • Ensure that all hardware components are securely connected and that there is no physical damage to the device.

I hope this helps!

Take care and have an amazing day!
