Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all,

I'm running into an issue where occasionally I'll notice my  Ryzen based HP Envy x360's cooling fan is not spinning and the laptop is very hot. When I restart, the fans usually kick back in again and are fine for a while. I haven't been able to identify a pattern as to when this occurs and if it is linked to anything in particular. After some basic googling, it doesn't seem like this is a well documented problem for this laptop in particular, but I wonder if anyone has seen anything like this before. Also, there are no errors and no warnings of overheating.
