HP ENVY x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I had purchased HP ENVY x360 Notebook about one month back.

The performance of the notebook was OK till now.

But yesterday the notebook did not start Windows 10 and showed a blank screen with cursor.

I ran the hardware tests on the notebook and they all were successful.

I tried online support available on HP website and Microsoft website but the problem still persists.

I am unable to download “Create Windows 10 installation media” from Microsoft website on a USB drive on another PC/ Laptop as it shows error code 0x8007000D-0x90002. I have tried this on another PC with Windows 7 and a laptop with Windows 10 and it shows the same error.

Kindly help.

Thank you.
