Hello,
after the update to Windows 10 1909 my fingerprint stopped working, in the device manager there is an exclamation mark and it displays an information, that the drivers can not be load. I tried automatic updates, manually downloaded varius versions of drivers from hp site nothing worked. Just sometimes it slightly renamed the device. Now it shows like Synaptics UWP WBDI SGX device. The newest version of Synaptics drivers from hp site is unable to install because it writes that this version of windows is unsupported. ANd there are two versions of drivers on hp site one id normal other is "for Wood", dunno what does it mean. Can You please send me a link to the appropriate driver that will work?
Thanx in advance
