I have ran test and everything passed. It goes from the black please wait to the system repair screens. I was able to get it to boot this morning and I performed a system reset. Once complete and it rebooted, back to system repair screen.

The Windows file system could be corrupt or there is a hard disk error.

To help you I need to know the product number (p/n) of your notebook !

 

It looks something like this:

You will find this information on the back/rear of your notebook in small alphanumeric letters.

The product number (p/n) is legally allowed information about the computer. This is not sensitive data.

It is allowed to publish it in public.
