HP Envy x360 turns on, black screen with blinking caps lock key. Whats wrong!?

When I try to turn my laptop on, the power button blinks a few times then stays lit, then the fan kicks in and the caps lock button begins to blink. The display stays completely black the whole time.

What's wrong!?!? I purchased this laptop almost exactly 1 year ago.

The caps lock blinks 3 times, holds for a bit, then rapidly blinks 5 times and holds for a bit again. It repeatedly does this.

You get a LONG (MAJOR) signal category, RED LED &

then a SHORT (MINOR) signal category, WHITE LED.

Major – the category of the error; Minor – specific error in that category.

The AUDIBLE repeats 5 times, and the VISUAL until power is removed.
