HP Recommended

I have an HP Dragonfly G4 . I am not even using the drive that came with it, I swapped out a drive from a Dell laptop yet I still have this firmware tool running and forcing my pc to shutdown. My bios has been manually updated to the most recent version already.

I don't have any HP update utilities installed on my pc. What is this and how is it running???

I only have 3 apps with the name HP is in it, HP Power Manager, HP System Information and HP Audio Control.
