Product: HP Elitebook Folio 9470m

I bought this HP laptop because that's what I can afford as a student. But I'm not fortunate enough to get it working, I made bootable USB (Ubuntu) following the instruction on the Canonical Ubuntu page, but the booting is not happening,  always boots the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI (Version 1.6.0.0 - BIOS).

I tried pressing esc, f9, f10, f1,.......but I still land in the diagnostics page. I wish I could add pictures but I can't find the button here as well. Somebody help me.🙏🙏🙏🙏
