I've been searching for hours and can't seem to find the right driver for this notebook. I've got everything else covered except for this ONE driver. Send help!

This should be the driver you need for that device...

 

This package contains the driver that enables the NVIDIA nForce MCP77MV Chipset in the supported notebook models and operating systems.

You're very welcome.

 

You have to use the Vista chipset driver.

 

I don't know why HP didn't include that driver on the W7 driver page, because as you found out, it works just fine.

Ahhhh, that's why I couldn't find it. I'll make note of that and dig deeper next time
