Product: HP EliteBook 835 G7 Notebook PC (8RN40AV)

How to uninstall Hotkey Support UWP? I updated it recently, and my windows hang with a blue screen very soon after I entered Windows. It hanged 3 times in 2 days.

 

I tried resetting the Windows settings, but it didn't work. Then, I formatted the partition and reinstalled Windows 11, with no other apps but only Windows and HP's update, and it hung again. 

 

Then I tried a clean install Windows 11, installing updates one by one and using them for a few days in between to test which update caused the problem. 

 

Please help!

after updated to the newest bios, it happened once only
