So i bought this RGB gaming keyboard- HP k 500F from Amazon and the issue i am having is that sometimes when i turn on my PC the keyboard does not work and i have to unplug and re plug the keyboard USB cable in order to make it work , this only happens sometimes and only when i am turning on my PC , once the PC is turned on and it is working i have no issue and it does not disconnect for the whole time my PC is on , in fact i am writing this using the same keyboard , the problem is very annoying and also bugging me as my keyboards is brand new , less than two weeks old , the return window on amazon is also over so i can't even return this , please help me if there is some driver issue or something else.
