So i bought this RGB gaming keyboard- HP k 500F from Amazon and the issue i am having is that sometimes when i turn on my PC the keyboard does not work and i have to unplug and re plug the keyboard USB cable in order to make it work , this only happens sometimes and only when i am turning on my PC , once the PC is turned on and it is working i have no issue and it does not disconnect for the whole time my PC is on , in fact i am writing this using the same keyboard , the problem is very annoying and also bugging me as my keyboards is brand new , less than two weeks old , the return window on amazon  is also over so i can't even return this , please help me if there is some driver issue or something else.

Do a BIOS update, but if you have - pressing F5 will turn it back on.  
   

However, If F5 does not resolve the issue, then make sure your OMEN is up to date using the HP Support document Using HP Support Assistant (Windows
