I can’t figure out if the model of my computer has backlights for the keyboard.

Look at the F5 key.

 

If it has a keyboard icon with light rays emanating from it, that turns on the keyboard backlight.

 

If there is no icon like that on the F5 key, then your notebook does not have a backlit keyboard.

 

The parts list does not provide a specific description of the keyboard:
