HP Recommended

HI , laptop starting problem ..It starts only when connected to charger .Even if the battery is full need to plug charger than only start. please find the solution as its urgent . from the day of purchase this issue is there but some time it start normally .

.it is hard in open space where no power is  available for charge and battery level is falling .please rectify the problem .
