Hp-bs134wm

As the description says, I have an HP 15-bs134wm laptop. I ended up wiping the laptop to clean it and stupidly tried installing windows 7. I got windows 7 to install but couldn't get drivers to work so I made a windows 10 boot USB to try and revert back to windows 10/fresh install windows 10 pro. When I go to install Windows 10 it starts installing and once it gets to 70% it restarts back to the 'begin installation' splash screen. Is there any way for me to fix this? What could I do? I don't want to have to pay to have it fixed and I don't want to have to buy a new laptop. Any help is greatly appreciated. I've left some screenshots.

Hi:

I recommend that you use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

Here is an info link for how to use that utility...You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the bootable media with.
