Hi all i have this laptop 

HP Laptop 15-fc0018na (8B4U3EA)

after the ssd failure it would not boot passed the black screen paid for a new ssd drive now having problems loading it i have tryed creating recovery disc  but this fails and can't get pass this

Hi:

 

You have to download and install the software from the Microsoft Store.

 

You do not open it from there.

 

Go to the programs list where the software will show up after you install it, and right click on it, select More>Run as administrator.
