My laptop's screen just turned black screen and before it showed the Bitlocker.   According to the tips on YouTube I have to reset the battery.  And after removing the four screws I CANNOT open the case to reset battery, other models some screws are hiding behind the rubber tubes but this one rubber tubes seem to be glued and NOT easily to remove.  I have tried to get the manual to find out any screws I miss and not just the four obvious screws, but unsuccessful.   Please help.

Thanks.

I've never heard of that process to gain access to the PC.

You have to have the BitLocker key to decrypt the drive.

Find your BitLocker recovery key - Microsoft Support

If you can't recover the BitLocker key, you have to clean install Windows on the drive and during the installation you have to run the diskpart utility to clean the disk.

But if you want to open up the notebook and try to clear the BitLocker encryption, below is the link to the service manual:

There is also this service teardown video:

Thank you for the tips and I would definitely try it when I get home.
