Microsoft Windows 11

Hello guys

On 28/12/2022 I bought my HP laptop and until July-August of 2023 I was using it occasionally.

At the end of August 2023 and while I was using it more time I experienced lots of bsods  at random times and sometimes when the laptop was in sleep mode I couldn't wake it up by pressing buttons except the power on/off button . So without second thought I went to the store I bought the laptop and explained them the situation and we sent it to an HP authorized  service center, in my case it was (Westnet Technical support Center ) in Greece.

After the HP authorized service center received the laptop, they said that they replaced the motherboard, they did new  installation of windows 11 and they did a test on the laptop and it works ok, at least  thats what the paper says that came with the laptop I received.

So they sent me back the laptop and I went to get it and went back home just to find out that it wasn't turning on at all. I went again back to the store I bought the laptop and we sent it again for the second time to the same HP authorized service center so they can fix it. They sent the laptop back to me together with a paper that  says "UPDATE AND LOCK MANUFACTURE MODE" . I guess that they replaced the motherboard and forgot to disable the manufacture mode from it, who knows.

So after the replacement of the laptop's motherboard  I was still experiencing bsods issues and the laptop couldn't wake up from sleep mode sometimes. I went back to the store I bought it and I demanded replacement of the entire laptop or refund since the laptop was still in warranty. The store sent it for the third time to the HP authorized  service center  and made a request for replacement or refund. The HP authorized service center denied it telling us that it is drivers issue and did a new installation of windows 11 and sent it back.

After all that and while I still experiencing bsods and problems with the sleep mode in windows I decided to ask for help from Microsoft . So I contacted Microsoft support and an Microsoft agent in my web browser was trying to help me troubleshoot the bluescreen error, at some point the agent remotely controlled my laptop via quick assist  and together we tried clean boot, we scanned the OS for corrupted files and tried a few other things but with no success. So far I tried with many  Microsoft support agents many things and we concluded that its either a hardware issue or driver. Some Microsoft tools such as reliability monitor reported hardware error, and my event viewer had many critical events , at least one bluescreen every day with different codes.

Since i couldn't find a solution with Microsoft I contacted HP support in Greece. They remotely controlled my laptop and we tried many things in order to find what is the cause of the bluescreens and the problem with the sleep mode. They took screenshots from the event viewer they tried to analyze the minidump files and after all that we sent the laptop for the fourth time to the same HP authorized service center. The HP authorized service center received the laptop and did tests on it and said that with a "clean" installation of windows 11 they see no problems and they sent back again to me.

So i am at the point where i don't know what else to do... I called HP support in Greece today and they told me to try windows 10 (something that Microsoft support agents also suggested) and call them back in a few days.

I installed  windows 10 today and so far i got 1 blue screen while windows was trying to install updates.

BUT  I can't find compatible drivers for audio and my touchpad is not working neither my wifi wlan card.

Here are some of the bsod codes I got :

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

MEMORY_MANAGEMENT

Any help would be much appreciated
