HP 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-c0000 (320M3AV)

Nvme internal drive crashed. Installed new one, but windows10 & windows11 usb installs do not detect any nvme drives. Drive is detected in bios though.  F20 bios does not have "upgrade bios" choice so creation of Hp bios usb recovery does not work. Main issue is "no drives detected" when trying to load any windows. The nvme drives are fine.

Hi:

 

You need to install the Intel storage controller drivers that I zipped up and attached below so W10/W11 can see the drive.

 

Read through the discussion and use the same driver I attached below, but it seems like it will be easier for you to install the storage controller driver if you copy just the 5 files in the F6 VMD folder to your USB flash drive.
