Hi All,
My laptop was not starting so I inserted a bootable pen drive for windows 7. It showed all the drives. But then to install clean copy of windows I formatted C Drive. But after that it was not allowing me to install windows on c drive with error: You can not install windows on Partition 0: Disk 1.
Then I turned off the pc and restarted the process. Then I found it was not detecting the hard drive and showing error 03f0 error boot device not found and no hard disk found. I tried following steps: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01443463/?openCLC=true but it didn't work.
Can anyone guide me what could be the problem? I would appreciate your help.

@Harsh-vyas Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that you are getting a boot device not found an error.
In that case, I would suggets you contact our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.
If the product is not under warranty there will be a charge for the support.
Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.
1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
We are experiencing longer than expected wait times to reach an agent due to the CoViD-19 impact and there might have been issues in you getting the expected resolution on the issue.
